Main Features
The software is able to connect to your database and convert data required for e-claims
into the appropriate xml format. It supports Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access
as well as text formats like csv files.
The software also contains functionality to validate if your e-claim files are compliant
with the HAAD rules.
E-claim Auto Upload and Download
Greenrain Connect is able to upload your e-claim files to HAAD Post Office automatically,
so you don't spend your time uploading each file one by one.
Also, the software downloads the e-claims sent to you. For example, if you are an
insurance company, you receive automatically your e-claim files sent to you by providers.
If you are a provider, then you will receive remittance advice files automatically
from the insurance companies.
Software Update
Greenrain Connect is updated on a regular basis every time there are changes in
e-claim rules, or the new features are released.
The software is self-updated; it means all the updates and new versions are delivered
to you automatically.
In most cases you will not even notice if there are any changes made in HAAD requirements
for data submission and e-claims as Greenrain Connect will take care about the majority
of possible changes.
How to Use
Greenrain Connect might be used as stand-alone application installed on your computer,
or it might be integrated to your Hospital Information System (HIS), Clinic Management
System (CMS), Pharmacy Management System and Point of Sale software (POS) or Insurance System.
Greenrain Connect provides API that you can use to generate, validate, submit and receive
your e-claims automatically. It is also integrated to Shafafiya (Post Office) for
automatic e-claim upload and download so you do not need to do it in a web browser.
