Greenrain Facility is software that helps you entering e-prior requests, e-prescription and e-claims submitting them
to
Post Office (Shafafiya) and Health Insurance Companies.
The software supports all transactions required for healthcare providers, and it
is fully compliant with rules and regulations published by HAAD. You can find all
these rules on Post Office web site.
Main Features
Create new e-prescription or e-prior request and send it to payer. Software keeps track of payer's reply and you get notified automatically when your request is approved or denied.
Approved prescriptions and prior requests can be turned to an e-claim with a single mouse click.
You can use the software to enter e-claims and send them to HAAD and Health Insurance Companies.
Pricing
1. Single-user license costs 4,000 AED per year. Only one user in your facility is eligible to use the software.
2. Unlimited user license costs 6,000 AED per year. Any number of users can use the software. Software license is issued per Health Authority license. So if you have three branches, you would need to have three unlimited user licenses.
3. Software license includes technical support by e-mail and all new software versions till your license is valid. We release new version when e-claim regulations are changed or when new features are added.
Greenrain Facility is mainly used as stand-alone application installed on your computer.

Is It Easy?
The software is simple and easy to use. It takes in average 10 seconds only to enter a new e-prescription, e-prior request or e-claim.
Where My Data Saved?
All data you enter into the program is stored on your computer. The automatic backups
are run periodically to protect your data. This way you can be sure that your data
are not used by anybody else without your permission; it is only you who gets access
to the information.
E-claim Auto Upload and Download
Greenrain Facility uploads your e-prescription, e-prior request and e-claim files to HAAD and Health Insurance Companies
automatically, so you don't spend your time uploading each file one by one.
Also, the software downloads the remittance advice transactions sent to you by insurance
companies, and saves all the data into the database.
Software Update
Greenrain Facility is updated on a regular basis every time there are changes in e-claim
rules, or the new features are released.
The software is self-updated; it means all the updates and new versions are delivered
to you automatically.
